I purchased a cheap capture card to create the latest YouTube videos. It requires a reasonable computer to run it on and a trawl of the Internet for the correct drivers. The EasyCap 2.0 is a very cool little device. I purchased mine via amazon.
It has some issues over the quality of the sound. Recording directly to your computer sound card and using something like VirtualDub to sycronise the audio to video is a good idea.
