Use one constructor to build light infantry factory directly east of the pod - then use that to build reapers.
Use locator to find mineral site south of pod.
Use other constructor to build a mine.
Use both constructors to build an autocannn turret near miltary factory/mine.
Start transporting quickly - watch that mine it runs out pretty quickly, there is another site to the west in the crater.
Build a civilian factory and a technician, build a military research lab and research reaper with twin plasma rifles. Build a second transporter. You can also research next level of transporter.
Build a large group (10 should do it easily) of twin plasma rifle reapers and go take out the enemy base to the south east.
Don't forget to leave a small force (5ish) of reapers behind to defend your base.
Entering enemy base from south is normally best. Destroying smelters is good as the AI runs out of money.
If you are searching for last enemy unit then try searching in a crater just north of the middle of the map
